NARRATIVE
 
The Registrant is unable to file its annual report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period because the Registrant is awaiting final compilation and audit of its financial statements from its independent auditor for the year ended December 31, 2008. The Registrant currently expects to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2008 on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date for the filing of the Registrant’s Form 10-K.

The Registrant expects to report approximately $120,587 of revenues for the year ended December 31, 2008, compared to revenues of $4,355 for the period from May 2, 2007 (inception) through December 31, 2007. The Registrant also expects to report a net loss for the year ended December 31, 2008 of approximately $211,412, as compared to a net loss for the period from May 2, 2007 (inception) through December 31, 2007 of $35,160. Fiscal 2008 was the first full fiscal year for the Registrant’s operations. As such, the Registrant’s results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2008 are not comparable to the period ended December 31, 2007.
